| The plastic garden wasn't the only set of trees at Black Rock City. Right at the entrance to center camp, at the beginning of the avenue leading to The Man, there was an enormous tree made of welded metal piping.
This tree was quite a biblical site. During the day it was a cold shower, with numerous trickles for the grateful masses; at night some of the branches ended in lit flames, while the shower was still running. And they said the desert was dry.... |
